PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AND IN FULL. THEY CONTAIN CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE 2-MONTH FREE PROMO OFFER, INCLUDING WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE CREDIT PERIOD ENDS.

Introduction.

The 2-Month Free Promo (“Offer”) is provided by MTA and is available to qualifying new Internet customers. The MTA Internet Service Agreement and Website Terms of Use apply. By participating, customers agree to all terms outlined below.

The Offer.

The Offer entitles all new MTA Internet customers to receive a credit offsetting the price of their Internet Plan & installs fees, for their first two billing cycles. All Internet plans are eligible for this offer. [See ‘Eligibility’ section below for customer eligibility criteria.] Unless a customer elects to discontinue their service sooner, the corresponding credit will cease on their third bill cycle, and customers will then be billed the current monthly price for their respective Internet plan. Customers may cancel at any time.

The offer applies to all current Internet plans, totalWiFi, and MTA Shield but does not include other addon services or Voice products.

This Offer must be claimed by close of business on October 31st, 2026. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Credits for other discounts must start after the customer’s 2 free month period.

By submitting your request with this Offer you accept and agree to these Offer Terms and Conditions and acknowledge and agree to the MTA Terms of Use. Other terms and conditions may apply.

Duration and Cancellation.

This offer must be claimed by the close of business on October 31st, 2026. Customers may cancel their service at any time by calling 907-745-3211. If MTA retail stores are open, cancellations can also be handled in person. If service is cancelled before the end of the two-month credit period, any remaining promotional credits will be forfeited. After the free period ends, the payment method on file will be charged the full monthly price of the customer’s selected plan.

Eligibility.

To qualify, participants must be new Residential Internet customers who have not had MTA service within the past 60 days. Accounts must be in good standing, with no outstanding or past-due balances. Only submissions generated through the official web form (accessed via the QR code or landing page) will be eligible for the promotion.
