Guidelines on How to Use This Page

This page contains all active broadband labels for our internet plans. These are the only versions approved for use by the front-end team when talking to customers.

Here’s how and when to use it:

✅ When to Use It

• A customer (current or prospective) asks for a broadband label.

• Someone wants more detail about an internet plan, including speeds, pricing, or data usage.

• You need to reference or share plan information in a clear, accurate way.

📩 How to Use It

• Email: Download the appropriate label from the page and send it directly to the customer.

• Phone or In-Person: Open the label and read or walk through the relevant sections with the customer.

🔒 Important: Only use the labels on this page. Do not share older versions or anything saved locally and do not share link to this page. This page is for internal use only. 

🕓 What If They Ask for a Previous Version?

If a customer requests an older broadband label, let them know those are only available through our Member Documentation Request process. You can:
