Registration is required to attend virtually. Online registration for virtual attendance closes on June 2nd at 5pm.
The major item of business at this year’s Annual Meeting is the election of one director and four proposed bylaw amendments.
Onsite member registration/check-in opens at 5:30 p.m. Meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.
Voting Opens May 6, 2026
Three ways to vote: online using the information in the Password Postcard; by mail using the ballot sent in your election packet; or in person at the Annual Membership Meeting.
Every member who casts a valid mail or electronic vote will be automatically entered into a drawing to win $500! The winning member's name will be drawn by the Election Contractor. Winner will be contacted by MTA.

This panel will feature MTA experts discussing the most common cyber risks members encounter, including suspicious emails, phone scams, and fake websites. Through real world examples and an easy to understand discussion, panelists will highlight warning signs to watch for and share practical steps members can take to protect their personal information, devices, and peace of mind.

Scroll Smart: Helping Teens Stay Safe on Social Media
6:00 p.m. - 6:20 p.m.
Designed for parents, this panel will explore the social media platforms teens use most and the risks that aren’t always obvious. Panelists will address topics such as privacy, cyberbullying, oversharing, and online scams, and will offer practical guidance for starting healthy, ongoing conversations at home.
