Report Waste, Fraud, or Abuse in the BEAD Program

MTA is committed to the responsible use of public funds and maintaining transparency throughout the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program.

If you have concerns regarding potential waste, fraud, or abuse related to BEAD-funded activities, you may report them using the contact information below. Reports may include concerns about the misuse of funds, inaccurate reporting, unethical conduct, or other activities that may violate program requirements.

MTA will review all reports and, when appropriate, investigate concerns in accordance with applicable policies and program requirements.

We invite you to share any complaints or disputes with us by writing to Matanuska Telecom Association, Attn: Customer Service Manager, 1740 S Chugach Street, Palmer Alaska 99645.
Within 7 days, we will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint. Within 15 days of receiving your complaint, we will send you a letter of determination. If MTA’s determination is not satisfactory, you may contact the MTA Board of Directors.
