PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AND IN FULL. THEY CONTAIN CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE $49.99 UNLIMITED BEST EFFORT OFFER, INCLUDING WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE PROMO PERIOD ENDS.
Introduction.
This $49.99 Unlimited Best Effort Offer (“Offer”) is made available by MTA to eligible residential accounts, and the Internet Service Agreement and Website Terms of Use apply (“MTA Terms of Use”). This is a limited promotional offer being tested in select areas and is not part of MTA’s standard portfolio of internet plans.
The Offer.
The Offer entitles new residential MTA Internet customers from specific speed limited locations, identified by MTA, to receive limited-time promotional access as part of a pilot program to a $49.99 Unlimited Best Effort internet plan. MTA will provide the unlimited internet at the fastest download speeds available, up to 40 Mbps, to eligible households. This plan can only be added to locations specifically identified by MTA, and not all locations within MTA’s network are eligible. MTA will guarantee a $49.99 per month price for 36 months from the date service begins, after which the plan will be subject to MTA’s standard pricing reviews and adjustments. This offer pertains only to the monthly charge of the internet plan; All other installation fees and charges from other products such as value-added-services and Home Phone will apply as necessary.
This Offer cannot be combined with any other current MTA offers or discounts. This offer is intended for marketing and product testing purposes and may not be offered again in the future.
By submitting your request with this Offer you accept and agree to these Offer Terms and Conditions and acknowledge and agree to the MTA Terms of Use. Other terms and conditions may apply.
Duration and Cancellation.
MTA reserves the right to refuse, modify, or to earlier terminate this Offer at any time and for any reason. After such time, MTA shall not be obligated to make any further attempts to accept this offer.

The offer is made available from 5/1/2025 and promptly ends on 8/31/2025, after which no new customers will be deemed eligible.
Eligibility.
This Offer is only available to new MTA Internet customers in specific speed-limited locations identified by MTA as part of a targeted promotional test. Households will need to navigate to and fill out a dedicated web form, to verify eligibility with MTA. Final eligibility will be determined by MTA. Participants must keep their account paid current for all past and current charges and ensure that account information is accurate and up to date. Customers may not have had MTA service within the past 60 days and may not have any outstanding debt with MTA. Customer must be on Autopay or ebill. In the event a customer moves to a non-eligible location, they cannot take this offer with them.
