MTA is currently recruiting for a Clerk II to work in our Palmer headquarters office. This position will perform clerical tasks for the Marketing and Revenue departments to include greet and direct customers, receive payments, assist customers with web based payment set up, perform data entry and provide overall support to the departments.
The successful applicant will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with six months experience in customer service, retail sales or related position; have basic computer skills; the ability to type and operate a 10 key calculator; have excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication skills; as demonstrated by applicable tests.
