Customers use online MTA NetBill tools to securely:
View current and previous statements.
Make one-time or automatic recurring payments.
Keep printed statements or switch to non-printed.
Download statement details.
MTA NetBill Is Safe And Free
To establish an MTA NetBill account, you will need to enter your pre-established verification code along with your statement number, account number, user name, and password. The verification code will only be requested one time – to set up your MTA NetBill identity. After that, you will be able to log in with just a user name and password.

MTA works hard to protect the privacy and security of customer account and payment information. To view MTA account information, customers must log in with their unique user name and password. When you make an online payment, the information is protected by Secure Socket Layer encryption. MTA will never email or call you to ask for your MTA NetBill user name/password or your credit card/bank account numbers.

Ways To Pay Your Bill
Pay Online
To view and pay your bill electronically, login or sign up for free MTA NetBill service.
Pay By Mail
Mail a check or money order with your statement stub, to
MTA,
PO Box 3009,
Palmer, Alaska 99645.
Pay By Drop Box
Pay by cash, check, or credit card at any store location. Payment drop boxes are available at MTA stores and the following Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union (MVFCU) locations. Please allow three business days for processing.

Wasilla — 3651 East Meridian Loop or 501 North Main Street.
Pay By Phone
Call customer service to apply a credit card payment over the phone.
