Complaint Resolution
We invite you to bring any complaints or disputes to an MTA store in Eagle River, Palmer or Wasilla. You may also write to Matanuska Telephone Association, Attn: Customer Service Manager, 1740 S Chugach Street, Palmer Alaska 99645.
Within 7 days, we will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint. Within 15 days of receiving your complaint, we send you a letter of determination.
If MTA’s determination is not satisfactory, you may contact the MTA Board of Directors or the Regulatory Commission of Alaska.
