Board Nominations
March 2, 2010 — MTA’s Nominating Committee is seeking applications from members to fill two seats on MTA’s Board of Directors. Information and Candidate Application Packets are available on this web page or call (907) 761-2410 to arrange for pickup or have one mailed to you.
Candidates seeking nominations and endorsement by the Nominating Committee must have their application materials received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 2, 2010. Members may also petition to have their names on the ballot and their completed application materials must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 16, 2010.

- Save and print the completed form and sign it.
- Mail or deliver the signed form, as indicated.

MTA Board Members
MTA's board is made up of five individuals. Two new or incumbent candidates are elected by member-owners each June at the Annual Meeting. The candidate with the greatest number of votes receives a 3-year term and the second highest receives a 2-year term.
