How can I eliminate some of the voice mail prompts when checking for messages?

Use main menu option 4, Mailbox Settings.
Then, option 2, for Handsfree & Time Saver Options.
Then select option 1, Auto-play.
Follow prompts to turn auto-play on.

How can I eliminate the date and time header for all new voice mails?

Use main menu option 4, Mailbox Settings.
Select option 2, Handsfree & Time Saver Options.
Then, option 3, Voicemail preferences.
Choose option 1, to turn off the headers. If you turn off the date and time header, and need to have the date and time stamp for one particular message, press 66 after listening to that message.

I can't access my box with my password, or I have locked myself out of voice mail, what do I do?

You will need to call MTA to have your password reset.

I have previously saved messages that I would like to save to a CD, how do I do this?

Log in to PremierVoice through your phone.
Select option 1, Messages.
Then, option 1, Voice Messages.
Choose option 9, Save as New.
Then, log in to PremierVoice Web at https://mymtasolutions.com/.
You can now save the message as a wave file to your computer or a CD.

I am in my voice mailbox and I want to switch to another mailbox, how do I do that?

Press the * key. Dial the 10-digit number of the mailbox you want to access.

How do I send a message to someone without ringing their phone?

Dial into your voice mailbox. Press 2, Send Message.
Enter the 10-digit number of the person you wish to leave a message for.
Press #.

Will PremierVoice track the number of incoming voice mail messages and display it?

Yes.
