Voice Mail Services
Voice Mail gives you a variety of greeting and storage options and allows you to partition mailboxes so family members can receive their own messages. Callers can fax a message and notify you on your wireless phone or pager. They can even prioritize important calls as "urgent."

How To Use Voice Mail
To begin using Voice Mail, dial *88 from your home. (Outside MTA Service Area, 373-7900, 682-7900, 683-7900, 696-7900, or 745-7900.) Enter your temporary password: 1234 and the # key. Follow the voice prompts.
To check your messages from another telephone number without Voice Mail, dial the access number. Press # when the system answers. Enter your mailbox number. Enter your password number. To check your messages from another telephone number with Voice Mail, dial the access number. Press * when the system answers. Enter your mailbox number. Enter your password number.
While listening to your messages, use these commands: To rewind, press 1. To restart/pause, press 2. To forward, press 3. To slow down, press 4. To request the time and date the message, press 5. To speed up, press 6. To return to normal volume, press 8. To increase the volume, press 9.
After listening to your messages, use these commands: To erase a message, press 7. To save a message, press 9.
Other commands: Press * to cancel or exit a command. Press # to end or skip a message. Press 0 for additional prompted help.
