We'll need your MTA phone number and MTA email address
Enable SpamShield Pro
Log on to MTA Webmail. Click the Options button on the left.
At the bottom of your Mail Handling options, you should see a link to SpamShield Pro as shown below. Click there. If SpamShield Lite is listed, contact customer service to upgrade you to SpamShield Pro.

Check to Enable SpamShield Pro. Adjust settings for spam sensitivity, additional actions, external images, bounceshield, approved senders, and blocked senders. Then click the Save button.
Set Blocked Senders
To specify email addresses that you want to block, log in using your MTA email address and password.
Click the Options button on the left.
At the bottom of your Mail Handling options, you should see a link to SpamShield Pro as shown below. Click there. If SpamShield Lite is listed, contact customer service to upgrade you to SpamShield Pro.
The Blocked Senders tool is at the bottom of the page. Where is says "Specify a complete email address," enter an email address to block. Click the Block button. The address will appear in the box below. Continue entering addresses, one-at-a-time until you are finished.
