TechExpress SupportA dedicated IT technician will support your network and computers during regularly scheduled appointments. Your TechExpress technician will gain an intimate knowledge of your IT environment and will develop a personal and trusted relationship with your staff.
During scheduled visits, we will install, maintain and configure your software and hardware and perform a monthly analysis and review. We can also perform intra-office moves and troubleshooting.
Support visits can be scheduled 1 or 2 times per month; or 1, 2 or 5 times per week; and last up to 3 hours each. Scheduled visits lasting longer than 3 hours are billed at additional hourly rates, however TechExpress Support customers have 30 minutes of emergency overrun protection (you will not be billed extra). Emergency after-hours assistance is also available.
