Using Key Features

Auto Dial

Store a frequently-dialed number on this key
1. To program, press the Auto Dial key. Dial complete number to be stored
2. Press the Auto Dial key again. Number is programmed
3. To use, lift the handset and press the Auto Dial key. Call is connected

Call Park

Place a call on hold that can be retrieved from any extension
1. After call is connected, press the Call Park key. Call is parked on your extension number.
2. Notify appropriate person of the extension number the call is parked on.

Call Park Retrieve
Listen for dial tone, press the Call Park key and the extension number that parked the call. Call is connected.

Direct Call Park — Place a call on hold that can be retrieved from any extension
1. Press the Call Park key. Enter extension number to park call.
2. Hear confirmation tone, press the Release key.
3. Notify appropriate person of the extension number the call is parked on. If the call is unanswered, it will ring back to the original extension after 2 minutes.

Direct Call Park Retrieve
Listen for dial tone. Press the Call Park key and the extension number that the call was parked on. Call is connected

Call Pickup

Answer calls ringing to a different extension
1. Lift handset, press the Call Pickup key
2. Call is connected

Conference Call

Connect up to 6 parties on one call
1. Establish the first call
2. Press the Conference key. Dial the number. When connected, press the Conference key
3. Repeat for subsequent participants

Forward

Forward calls to a different telephone or Voice Mail
1. Press the Forward key
2. Dial the complete destination telephone number. Voice Mail is 9-745-7900
3. Press the Forward key. Forwarding is active
4. To deactivate, press the Forward key. Forward becomes idle

Call Forward Per Key — Forward a specific key to a different telephone number or Voice Mail

Activate Forward for one key
Press the Forward key and then press the desired number key. Enter digits to forward to, press the Forward key again

Deactivate Forward for one key
Press the Forward key and then press the desired number key. Press * Forward

Activate Forward for all keys
Press the Forward key. Enter digits to Forward to. Press the Forward key again

Deactivate Forward for all keys
Press the Forward key,*

Inspect

View status of the buttons on the telephone
1. Press the Inspect key and then press a key on the telephone
2. Key status information is displayed

Intercom

Announce information over the speaker of the telephone(s)
1. Press the Intercom key
2. Dial the extension number
3. Press the Intercom key again. Voice is over the speaker

Message

Notifies you of new Voice Mail messages waiting
1. When active, lift handset and press the Message key
2. To access Voice Mail when key is not active, dial 9-745-7900

Speed Call

Access to the group speed dial list

From controller’s phone
1. Press the Speed Call key, dial bin number, 9+ number, press the Speed Call key again
2. Repeat for all bins (10-49)

From any phone with Speed Call from the above list
1. Lift handset, press the Speed Call key
2. Dial code from speed dial list (10 – 49)
3. Call is connected

Transfer

Transfer calls to another party inside or outside the office
1. Press the Transfer key
2. Dial the destination number
3. Press the Transfer key again
4. Hang up or press the Release key. If there is no answer, press the Transfer key twice to retrieve the call
